Why the address matters

Auto body is an industry with a lot of turnover. Shops open, take insurance work for a few years, and disappear. After every hail storm, out-of-state operations set up in parking lots, collect payouts and leave before anyone finds out how the repair held up.

We have been at the same El Paso address for over twenty years. If something is wrong with our work, you know exactly where to find us, and we are going to be here next year to make it right. That is not marketing language, it is just the practical difference between a warranty that means something and one that does not.

How we quote

We tell you when you do not need the work. If a bumper cover can be plastic welded and refinished instead of replaced, we quote the repair. If paintless dent repair will fix your dent without touching the factory paint, we do that instead of filling and spraying. If your dent is on a body line where PDR will not hold, we tell you that too rather than starting a job we cannot finish properly.

Estimates are free and written. You can take ours and compare it against anyone else's, and we would rather you did that than wondered.

We are not in anyone's network

C&M Body Works works with every major insurance carrier, but we have not signed a direct repair program agreement with any of them. Network shops agree to an insurer's labor rates, parts sourcing and cycle times in exchange for referral volume. That arrangement is not automatically bad, but it means a large share of the shop's business depends on the carrier rather than on you.

Because we are independent, our obligation on your repair runs one direction: to you. And under Texas Insurance Code §1952.301, choosing us instead of your adjuster's recommendation is entirely your right.

What we actually do

Everything under one roof: collision and structural repair, automotive paint and refinishing, vinyl car wraps, fleet and commercial graphics, paint protection film, paintless dent and hail repair, bumper and panel repair, detailing and insurance claim handling.

Being a full body shop is also why our wrap work holds up. A wrap-only installer has to turn away a vehicle with a dent, a bad respray or clear-coat failure. We fix the panel first, then wrap it, in the same visit.

We serve the entire El Paso metro — Central, Northeast, the East Side, the West Side, Fort Bliss, the Lower Valley, Horizon City, Socorro, Canutillo, San Elizario and Clint, Anthony and across the line into Sunland Park, New Mexico.
